Do you suspend my account if I exceed my bandwidth limit for the month?

This is done automatically by the server software, yes. However, if it appears that this is caused by a routine traffic increase, and not by some illicit site use, we will immediately re-enable your account. If you exceed your limit for more than one month you should upgrade.
